On either plan, you can buy a top-up block of 100 orders for R10 the moment you run out. Top-ups are prepaid credits: they last 30 days from your latest top-up (each new top-up restarts the 30 days), so nothing is lost if you buy late in the month. New orders only pause if you choose not to top up.

The Free plan includes 50 orders a month for the first 3 months after you register. After that it has no included orders — top up in blocks of 100 for R10, or upgrade to Pro for 1,000 orders a month.

Yes — you connect your own Yoco account so your customers' card payments go straight to you. That's separate from your Ordelik subscription itself, which is billed independently.

Yes. Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately. Cancelling moves you back to the Free plan right away. The 50 free orders a month only apply during your first 3 months after registering, and any top-up credits you bought stay yours.

Yes — every store gets a QR code that opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat, on both plans, at no extra charge.

Yes. Ordelik applies a single VAT rate across the platform, and it never changes what a customer is charged — only how the total is labelled on the receipt.
