Ordelik is an ordering and booking platform built for South African kasi businesses — spaza shops, street food, salons and more: ZAR pricing, Yoco payments, and a live order board and analytics that come with it — no extra hardware to buy.
Wherever your customer is, the order still lands in one queue
A shared counter tablet, a customer's own phone, or WhatsApp — every order goes through the same live order board and the same analytics.
A shared tablet at the counter
One device, run by staff. A quick PIN login switches it into counter-service mode — no card details typed into a screen other customers also touch. Log in with the same account or team member credentials you already use for the dashboard.
A code at the counter, on a table or on your stall opens your products or menu on the customer's own phone. No app to install, no account needed to browse — they pay by card through Yoco right in the browser.
Order over WhatsApp
One WhatsApp number for the whole platform. Each store's own QR code pre-fills the chat with its name, so "Hi bree-street-eatery" is all it takes to land an order in the same queue as everything else.
When you sign up, Ordelik suggests a short "slug" from your store name — yours to keep or edit before you finish registering. It's more than a URL fragment: it's what tells a QR-code scan, a browser link or a WhatsApp message which store to actually open, out of every store on the platform.

No QR code handy? Do it by hand
Save +27 65 168 2039 to your contacts, then message "Hi bree-street-eatery" — exactly what scanning the store's own QR code already fills in for you.
THE COUNTER TABLET
From a locked screen to a confirmed order
How the shared kiosk works in the shop, step by step.
1
Activate the device
Staff log in once with their dashboard account. The first time, they pick a shared PIN — from then on the tablet is a kiosk.
2
Customers touch to order
The welcome screen shows your store's name and slogan. Customers touch to order right there, or scan the QR code to order on their own phone instead.
3
Browse and add
What you sell, by category. Items, prices and availability come straight from the dashboard, so a sold-out item disappears everywhere at once.
4
Pay at the counter
Just a name, plus an optional WhatsApp number for status updates. Kiosk checkout is cash only, so no card details are ever typed on a shared screen.
5
Order confirmed
The customer gets an order number, and the order lands on the live order board straight away — same queue as QR and WhatsApp orders.
BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE STORE
Everything staff already need to check, in one place
A live order board that never misses a ticket
Every order — from a QR scan, a tablet, or WhatsApp — lands on the same live board the moment it comes in, over one WebSocket connection per store. No refreshing, no separate printer feed per channel.

Analytics that actually answer "how are we doing"
Revenue, top-selling items, and which ordering channel is driving sales — the numbers staff already have to check anyway, without exporting a spreadsheet.
